Atlanta, March 11 - Rosetta Exploration Inc. said it plans to raise C$6,562,500 in a private placement of stock.
The company plans to sell 8.75 million class A common shares at C$0.75 each.
Ammonite Capital Partners LP is the placement agent in the offering, which is expected to close March 14.
Rosetta is a Calgary, Alta.-based natural gas exploration company. It plans to use the proceeds from the deal for its exploration programs.
