S&P rates Atlanta water bonds AA/A-1+

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an AA/A-1+ rating to Atlanta's $105.6 million of water and wastewater revenue bonds, series 2008.

The rating reflects a direct-pay letter of credit from Wachovia Bank NA.
