Fitch revises GTLK view to positive

Fitch Ratings said it revised the outlook on JSC GTLK to positive from stable and affirmed the BB+ issuer rating. The agency also affirmed JSC Rosagroleasing's BB+ issuer rating with a stable outlook.

The outlook reflects the company's strengthening policy role in supporting the Russian transportation sector, evidenced by its growing participation in state development programs and closer proximity to Russia's government after the recent management and board changes, Fitch explained.
