Moody's: Sunquest unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said that Sunquest Information Systems, Inc.'s July 30 announcement that it entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Roper Industries, Inc. for about $1.415 billion is credit positive.

The acquisition does not affect Sunquest's existing ratings but Moody's said it will withdraw all of the company's ratings at the close of the transaction.
