Argentina's Rombo plans to sell ARS 80 million 24-month notes at par

Pittsburgh, Sept. 21 - Rombo Compania Financiera plans to sell up to ARS 80 million of series 11 24-month variable-rate notes at par under its ARS 700 million global notes program, according to a news release.

The issuance amount can be increased to ARS 100 million.

The subscription period will begin on Sept. 23 and expire on Sept. 28.

The minimum subscription amount will be ARS 400,000, and the notes will be sold in multiples of ARS 1,000.

Caja de Valores SA is the payment and registration agent, and BBVA Banco Frances SA is the liquidation agent.

Fitch Argentina Calificadora de Riesgo SA has rated the notes AA(arg), and Standard & Poor´s International Ratings, LLC has assigned an raAA- rating.

Rombo is a Buenos Aires financial company.
