Romacorp unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, Nov. 16 - Romacorp, Inc.'s U.S. Trustee appointed the official committee of unsecured creditors for the company's Chapter 11 case, according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.

The committee includes John Morgan of Highland Capital Management, LP, Dallas; Bruce Monrad of Northeast Investors, Boston; Marc Hsu of Wells Fargo, San Francisco; and Martin Feig of The Bank of New York.

Romacorp, the Dallas-based operator of the Tony Roma's restaurant chain, made a prepackaged bankruptcy filing on Nov. 6. Its Chapter 11 case number is 05-86818.
