Gabelli, Gamco sell 108,937 shares of Rollins

Charlotte, N.C., March 19 - A group of investors led by Gabelli Funds, LLC and Gamco Asset Management Inc. sold 108,937 shares of Rollins, Inc. stock between Jan. 20 and March 18 at prices from $14.2779 to $17.7334 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The group now owns 5,714,076 shares, or 5.69%, of the Atlanta-based pest and termite control company.
