New York, May 2 - Rolling Thunder Exploration Ltd. has increased to C$8,500,180 its previously announced C$7,500,172 private placement.
The company now intends to sell up to 1,497,000 class A shares at C$1.67 each; 549,500 flow-through shares for Canadian development expenses at C$1.82 each; and 2,381,000 flow-through shares for Canadian exploration expenses at C$2.10 each.
A syndicate of underwriters led by Dundee Securities Corp. and including Acumen Capital Finance Partners Ltd. has a greenshoe for up to C$1 million comprised of either CDE flow-through shares or class A shares.
The deal priced on April 28 as a C$7,500,172 offering of up to 1,197,600 class A shares, 549,500 flow-through CDE shares and 2,142,900 flow-through CEE shares.
The placement is scheduled to settle on May 18.
Based in Calgary, Alta., Rolling Thunder is an oil and natural gas exploration, development and production company.
