New Issue: Rolling Thunder prices C$7.5 million private placement

New York, April 28 - Rolling Thunder Exploration Ltd. said it intends to raise up to C$7,500,172 in a private placement.

The deal includes up to 1,197,600 class A shares at C$1.67 each, 549,500 class A shares on a flow-through basis for Canadian development expenses at C$1.82 each and up to 2,142,900 class A shares on a flow-through basis for Canadian exploration expenses at C$2.10 each.

The offering is being placed through a syndicate of underwriters led by Dundee Securities Corp. and Acumen Capital Finance Partners Ltd. The syndicate has a greenshoe for up to C$1 million, comprised of either Canadian development expenses flow-through shares or class A shares.

The placement is scheduled to settle on May 18.

Based in Calgary, Alta., Rolling Thunder is an oil and natural gas exploration, development and production company.
