New Issue: BofA Merrill Lynch prices $1.1 million more Elements on Rogers Energy for Svensk

Morgantown, W.Va., March 3 – AB Svensk Exportkredit priced another $1,101,851 of 0% Elements due Oct. 24, 2022 linked to the Rogers International Commodity Index – Energy Total Return via BofA Merrill Lynch, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The $5.6 million principal amount of add-ons priced in six tranches: $1.5 million at 21.285 for proceeds of $319,275, $2.1 million at 19.266 for proceeds of $404,586, $500,000 at 18.278 for proceeds of $91,390, $500,000 at 18.810 for proceeds of $94,050, $500,000 at 19.039 for proceeds of $95,195 and $500,000 at 19.471 for proceeds of $97,355.

In total, the company has priced $275.45 million principal amount of the notes at prices ranging from 18.810 to 169.365. The original $4 million of notes priced at par of $10 on Oct. 17, 2007.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, which could be positive or negative, less an annual investor fee of 0.75%.

The notes are putable on weekly repurchase dates, subject to a minimum of $5 million of notes.

The notes are listed on NYSE Arca under the symbol “RJN.”
