Rogers Communications to price dollar-denominated notes due 2049

Knoxville, Tenn., April 23 – Rogers Communications Inc. will offer dollar-denominated senior notes due 2049, according to a SUPPL filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Rogers Communications Canada Inc. will guarantee the notes.

The notes feature a make-whole call and then a par call.

BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and TD Securities (USA) LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Rogers Communications is a Toronto-based communications and media company.
