Rogers Cable to partially repay facility with C$500 million notes offering proceeds

Pittsburgh, Nov. 12 - Rogers Cable Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Rogers Communications Inc., expects to repay a portion of its outstanding advances under its bank credit facility with proceeds from an offering of C$500 million senior secured second-priority notes, according to a company news release. The notes will be offered in U.S. and Canadian dollars.

Rogers Communications is a Toronto-based Canadian communications and media company. Rogers Cable is Canada's largest cable television provider.
