New Issue: Rocmec Mining takes in C$1.26 million in private placement of units

Knoxville, Tenn., June 26 - Rocmec Mining Inc. said it completed a private placement of units, raising C$1.26 million. Canaccord Capital Corp. was the agent.

The company sold 4,653,000 flow-through units at C$0.08 per unit in the first tranche on May 28 and 4,275,000 flow-through units in the second tranche.

Rocmec also sold 7,331,457 units at C$0.07 apiece in the first tranche and 500,000 units in the second tranche.

Each flow-through unit consists of one flow-through common share and one half-share warrant. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant.

Each whole, two-year warrant is exercisable at C$0.10.

Based in Pointe-Claire, Quebec, Rocmec is a precious metals exploration company.
