Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 2 - Rockwell Diamonds Inc. said it will raise C$9.1 million in a private placement of stock. The company also plans a C$3.35 million rights offering at the same share price.
The company will sell 140 million common shares at C$0.065 per share. Godia Capital Partners GP Ltd. will invest at least C$3.09 million.
Rockwell is a diamond exploration company based in Vancouver, B.C.
