Des Moines, Nov. 28 - Rockwell Diamonds Inc. announced plans for a C$15 million private placement of shares.
The company plans to sell 25 million shares in South Africa for C$0.60 per share.
Rockwell plans to settle the placement on Nov. 30, at the same time as the listing of Rockwell's shares on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
The placement will be brokered.
Proceeds will be used for Rockwell's diamond operations.
Rockwell is a diamond exploration company based in Vancouver, B.C.
