JPMorgan amends Cusip numbers for return notes linked to stock baskets

Morgantown, W.Va., Dec. 14 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC amended the Cusip numbers for two issues of notes issued on Oct. 6, according to 424B3 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Those issues are the $1.59 million of 0% return notes due Oct. 24, 2018 linked to an equally weighted basket of 11 stocks and the $350,000 of 0% return notes due Oct. 24, 2018 linked to an unequally weighted basket of 15 stocks. Both issues are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The Cusip number for the notes linked to 11 stocks was changed to 48129KAA8 (previously 46647MNV1), and the Cusip number for the notes linked to 15 stocks was changed to 48129KAB6 (previously 46647MNW9).

The underlying companies for the equally weighted basket are United Rentals, Inc., Southwest Airlines Co., Home Depot, Inc., Walt Disney Co., Costco Wholesale Corp., AT&T Inc., Comerica Inc., Starbucks Corp., Bank of America Corp., Honeywell International Inc. and Pioneer Natural Resources Co.

The underlying companies for the unequally weighted basket are Honeywell International Inc., Raytheon Co., Southwest Airlines Co., Fortive Corp., Textron Inc., United Rentals, Inc., Boeing Co., Caterpillar Inc., Norfolk Southern Corp. and Rockwell Automation, Inc., each with a 7.5% weight; and Lockheed Martin Corp., FedEx Corp., CSX Corp., Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. and Parker-Hannifin Corp., each with a 5% weight.
