Rockwell Automation eyes notes in three parts due 2023, 2031 and 2061

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 3 – Rockwell Automation, Inc. plans to issue notes in three tranches due 2023, 2031 and 2061, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes feature a make-whole call and then a par call.

BofA Securities, Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co., Loop Capital Markets LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to partially fund the purchase price to acquire all of the outstanding capital shares of Plex Systems Holdings, Inc.

The industrial automation and information company is based in Milwaukee.
