RockTenn to amend credit facility, obtain $200 million term loan

New York, Nov. 18 - RockTenn Co. said it has launched an amendment to its $3.7 billion credit agreement that will include a new $200 million term loan.

The changes will allow the company to issue debt on an equal basis with the credit agreement as long as none of the term loan B is outstanding.

In addition there will be technical amendments.

The facility, for which Rock-Tenn Co. and Rock-Tenn Co. of Canada/Compagnie Rock-Tenn Du Canada are the borrowers, is via Wells Fargo Bank, NA as administrative agent and Bank of America, NA, acting through its Canada Branch, as the Canadian administrative agent.

RockTenn is a Norcross, Ga., manufacturer of corrugated and consumer packaging and recycling solutions.
