RockTenn to repay portion of revolver, term loans via notes proceeds

Kansas City, Kan., Sept. 4 - RockTenn plans to use the proceeds from its planned offering of senior notes due 2020 and 2023 to repay borrowings under its revolving credit facility and term loan A and term loan A2 facilities, according to a news release.

RockTenn is a Norcross, Ga., manufacturer of corrugated and consumer packaging and recycling solutions.
