Moody's may downgrade Rock-Tenn

Moody's Investors Service said it placed Rock-Tenn Co.'s long-term debt ratings under review for possible downgrade, including the Ba2 corporate family rating, Ba2 senior unsecured bank credit facility and Ba3 senior unsecured regular bond/debenture.

Moody's said the review was prompted by ongoing margin pressure that, given the background of increased debt levels as a consequence of an acquisition that was completed last year, has caused credit protection measures to lag those appropriate for the current ratings.
