Moody's: Rock-Tenn view to positive

Moody's Investors Service said it changed Rock-Tenn Co.'s outlook to positive from stable and raised the speculative grade liquidity rating to SGL-1 from SGL-2.

Moody's also affirmed the company's Ba1 corporate family rating, Ba1 senior unsecured rating and Ba1-PD probability of default rating.

The change in Rock-Tenn's outlook primarily recognizes the company's improving operating and financial performance and Moody's expectation of continued debt reduction, the agency said.
