S&P puts Rock-Tenn on positive watch

Standard & Poor's said it placed its ratings, including its BB+ corporate credit rating, on Rock-Tenn Co. on CreditWatch with positive implications.

The placement on watch positive is based on the company's improved credit measures.

S&P said that Rock-Tenn has substantially reduced debt with the strong free cash flow it has generated from its recession-resistant packaging products.
