S&P rates Rockies Express notes BBB

Standard & Poor's said it assigned a BBB rating to the Rockies Express Pipeline LLC's issuance of $1.7 billion of senior unsecured notes.

The BBB corporate credit rating was affirmed.

The outlook is stable.

S&P said the debt issue will complete the planned refinancing of the company's revolving credit facility borrowings, now that the pipeline is operational.
