Washington, March 6 - Roca Mines Inc. settled a private placement of units for C$10 million.
The company sold 7,142,857 units of one share and one warrant at C$1.40 per unit. Each warrant is exercisable at C$2.25 until Sept. 6, 2008.
The deal was announced on Feb. 27.
Proceeds will be used for the company's Max molybdenum project.
Roca is a mineral exploration company based in Vancouver, B.C.
