Roadrunner Transportation draws on credit facility for acquisition

New York, March 14 - Roadrunner Transportation Systems Inc. used borrowings under its credit facility to fund the $55.5 million purchase of Unitrans International Corp., according to a news release.

Roadrunner is a Cudahy, Wis.-based transportation and logistics services provider. Unitrans is a Los Angele-based non-asset based provider of international logistics solutions.
