RNI Wind Down granted exclusivity extension

Eugene, Ore., June 30 - RNI Wind Down Corp. obtained an extension to its exclusive periods to file a plan of reorganization and solicit votes on the plan, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The company's exclusive filing period was extended to July 12 from June 7 and the solicitation period to Sept. 8 from Aug. 4.

RNI, formerly Riverstone Networks, Inc., a Santa Clara, Calif., provider of carrier ethernet routers, filed for bankruptcy on Feb. 7. Its Chapter 11 case number is 06-10110.
