S&P: RLC Industries on watch

Standard & Poor's said it placed the B- corporate credit rating on RLC Industries Inc. on CreditWatch with negative implications.

The watch listing follows RLC's weaker-than-expected operating performance during the quarter that ended Sept. 30, as a result of the ongoing challenges in new residential construction activity, which heightens the risk around the company's ability to remain in compliance with its financial covenants in the near term, the agency said.
