Moody's: Rizal Commercial Banking notes Ba2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba2 rating to the five-year senior unsecured U.S. dollar-denominated notes to be issued by Rizal Commercial Banking Corp.

Moody's said the Ba2 rating on the bank's foreign currency senior unsecured bonds recognizes the bank's moderate capability to service its debt obligations, as reflected in its financial profile, which is characteristic of banks with D- bank financial strength ratings.
