Riviera replaces Wachovia as facility agent with Cantor Fitzgerald

New York, May 17 - Riviera Holdings Corp. named Cantor Fitzgerald Securities as the administrative agent on its $245 million credit facility, replacing Wachovia, according to a 10-Q filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.

Cantor's role as agent was effective on April 12.

Riviera Holdings is a Las Vegas-based gaming management and casino operator.
