Riverdeep to launch new credit facility Nov. 30

New York, Nov. 22 - Riverdeep Interactive Learning Ltd. is scheduled to hold a bank meeting on Nov. 30 to launch a new credit facility, according to a market source.

Credit Suisse is a lead bank on the deal.

Details on the transaction, such as structure and use of proceeds, were unavailable prior to press time.

Riverdeep is a Dublin, Ireland, provider of CD-ROM and internet-based educational products for the K-12 market.
