RiskMetrics applies excess cash to prepayment of $81 million of loan

New York, April 19 - RiskMetrics Group, Inc. announced that it prepaid $81 million of its existing first-lien term loan using excess cash and cash equivalents.

After this prepayment, the company has $206.7 million outstanding on its loan facility.

RiskMetrics is a New York-based provider of risk management and corporate governance products and services to participants in the global financial markets.
