Clarke County, Ga., to sell $63.96 million certificates for Athens

New York, March 15 - The Hospital Authority of Clarke County, Georgia, is set to sell $63,955,000 of series 2012 refunding revenue certificates for the Athens Regional Medical Center, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Aa1/AA) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Morgan Keegan & Co. Inc. as the underwriter.

The bonds are due 2013 to 2032.

Proceeds will be used to refund the medical center's series 1999 and 2000 revenue certificates.
