Rising Development increases conversion price on convertible notes

Knoxville, Tenn., April 6 - Rising Development Holdings Ltd. said it has adjusted the conversion price on its April and October convertible notes, effective April 3.

The April notes will now have a conversion price of HK$4.85, increased from HK$0.194.

The October notes will now have a conversion price of HK$1.50, increased from HK$0.06.

Hong Kong's Rising Development makes and sells fur garments.
