New Issue: Rick's Cabaret settles $3.99 million private placement of stock

New York, April 5 - Rick's Cabaret International, Inc. sealed a $3.995 million private placement.

The company issued 425,000 shares at $9.40 each to a group of accredited investors.

Back in February, the company sold 250,000 shares at $7.00 each for $1.75 million in proceeds.

Based in Houston, Rick's Cabaret operates a chain of adult entertainment venues.
