Series A preferreds sold along with three-year warrants in offering

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 10 - Richfield Oil & Gas Co. settled a $250,000 private placement of its series A preferred stock on Sept. 5, according to an 8-K filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 250,000 units of one preferred and one warrant at $1.00 per unit.
The warrant is exercisable at $0.37 for three years.
The private oil and gas company is based in Salt Lake City.
