Richa Knits to consider convertibles

New York, Aug. 8 - Richa Knits Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board will consider issuing convertibles.

The proposal will be discussed at a board meeting on Aug. 16.

Securities may include Global Depositary Receipts, American Depositary Receipts and convertibles.

Richa Knits is a Gurgaon, India-based knitted fabric and readymade garments manufacturer.
