Moody's: Rhoen view negative

Moody's Investors Service said it confirmed the Baa2 long-term issuer rating of Rhoen Klinikum AG.

Concurrently, the outlook on the rating was changed to negative.

Moody's said the rating confirmation was triggered by the recent announcement of Fresenius SE that it will no longer pursue a revised bid for Rhoen.

The change of Rhoen's outlook to negative follows Rhoen's weak first-half 2012 figures and its revised expectations for the full year 2012, the agency said.
