Rhino Resource Partners plans to price public sale of its common units

Bookrunner Raymond James assists in selling 1.1 million common units

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 9 - Rhino Resource Partners LP will conduct a public offering of 1.1 million common units, according to a preliminary prospectus supplement filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Raymond James is the bookrunning manager.

Proceeds will be used repay debt under the company's revolving credit facility, which will provide additional liquidity to construct its Pennyrile mine and for development of its Utica Shale acreage.

The producer, processer and seller of coal is based in Lexington, Ky.
