Moody's rates R.H. Donnelly SGL-1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a speculative grade liquidity rating of SGL-1 for R.H. Donnelley Inc.

Moody's said the SGL-1 rating reflects R.H. Donnelley's "very good" liquidity profile and Moody's expectation that internal sources of liquidity will be sufficient to fully support the company's business plan as projected over the next 12 months.

Although Moody's said it believes that the company is not reliant upon funding from its revolving credit facility, the relative size of the facility is somewhat modest compared to the overall size of the company's operations.
