R.H. Donnelley repays $23.2 million bank, bond debt in fourth quarter 2003

New York, Feb. 27 - R.H. Donnelley Corp. repaid $23.2 million of bank and bond debt in the fourth quarter of 2003 and repaid $242.9 million of the SPA acquisition-related debt during full year 2003.

Furthermore, in the fourth quarter the company paid $61.9 million in bank and bond interest and for full year 2003 the company paid $167.7 million for bank and bond interest, according to a company news release.

As of Dec. 31, debt outstanding totaled about $2.092 billion, and the ratio of total debt at Dec. 31, 2003 to 2004 forecasted EBITDA is about 5-to-1.
