S&P: R.H. Donnelley outlook negative
Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook on R.H. Donnelley Corp. to negative from stable and affirmed the company's B+ corporate credit rating.
The negative outlook reflects an expected decreasing level of EBITDA interest coverage and an increasing level of total debt to EBITDA over the intermediate term, which S&P attributed to a weakening economy that will hurt 2009 operating performance more than the agency previously expected.
