RGIS Services moves launch of $495 million credit facility to Thursday

New York, March 13 – RGIS Services LLC changed the bank meeting for its $495 million credit facility (B3) to 10 a.m. ET in New York on Thursday from 10 a.m. ET in New York on Tuesday because of the expected blizzard in New York, according to a market source.
Goldman Sachs Bank USA, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Natixis are the bookrunners on the deal.
The facility consists of a $35 million five-year revolver and a $460 million six-year first-lien term loan.
Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt.
RGIS is an Auburn Hills, Mich.-based provider of inventory services, data collection, insight, merchandising and optimization solutions.
