RGIS Services to launch $495 million credit facility on Tuesday

New York, March 10 – RGIS Services LLC is scheduled to hold a bank meeting at 10 a.m. ET in New York on Tuesday to launch a $495 million credit facility, according to a market source.

Goldman Sachs Bank USA, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Natixis are the bookrunners on the deal.

The facility consists of a $35 million five-year revolver and a $460 million six-year first-lien term loan, the source said.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt.

RGIS is an Auburn Hills, Mich.-based provider of inventory services, data collection, insight, merchandising and optimization solutions.
