Zeff, Spectrum Galaxy slash passive stake to 1.9% in RG Barry

Philadelphia, Dec. 15 - Investor Daniel Zeff and Spectrum Galaxy Fund Ltd. decreased their investment to 1.9% in RG Barry Corp. as of Dec. 12, according to an SC 13G/A filing.

That represents a passive stake of 198,166 shares.

Those holdings are down from the passive stake of 5.4%, or 560,092 shares, reported on Dec. 31, 2007.

The investor first reported a passive stake of 5.1%, or 509,478 shares, on Feb. 13, 2007.

The company, based in Pickerington, Ohio, designs and distributes accessory footwear.
