Reynolds repays $345 million of notes in Q4, then repays $38 million

Knoxville, Tenn., March 10 – Reynolds Group Holdings Ltd. repaid $345 million of notes last quarter and has repaid over $38 million of notes since year-end.

“During the fourth quarter, the group repaid $345 million of outstanding 6 7/8% notes,” chief financial officer Allen P. Hugli said on the company’s fourth quarter and year ended Dec. 31, 2019 earnings conference call on Tuesday.

“Subsequent to year-end, approximately $38 million was repaid.

“In addition, all of the outstanding 5¾% notes were repaid as well,” he said.

As of Dec. 31, 2019, the company’s total debt was $10,685,000,000.

Reynolds is an Auckland, New Zealand-based manufacturer and supplier of consumer food and beverage packaging and storage products.
