Rexahn files $60 million shelf registration

Washington, July 30 - Rexahn Phamaceutical filed a $60 million shelf registration in an S-3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers common stock, preferred stock, warrants and debt securities, some of which may be convertible.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Integra is an Rockville, Md.-based bank holding company whose retail subsidiary offers commercial banking services and financial products to individuals, businesses and public sector entities in the Midwest.
