Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 14 - Revus Energy ASA announced it completed a NOK 437.5 million private placement of shares.
The company sold 5,335,000 new shares at NOK 82 each.
Proceeds will be used to acquire the entire share capital of Palace Exploration Co. (UK) Ltd.
Revus Energy is an Stavanger, Norway-based oil and gas company.
