MacAndrews & Forbes increases passive stake to 61.13% in Revlon

Philadelphia, Jan. 2 - MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings Inc. reported a slight increase in its passive stake to 61.13% in Revlon Inc. as of Dec. 31, according to an SC 13G/A filing.

That represents a passive stake of 31,425,235 shares after a previous 1-for-10 stock split.

Those holdings are up from the passive stake of 60.3%, or 309,590,899 shares, that MacAndrews & Forbes reported on Dec. 31, 2007, according to an SC 13G/A filing.

The company reported owning a passive stake of 60.4%, or 307,609,793 shares, on Jan. 23, 2007, according to another SC 13G/A filing.

Revlon is a New York-based cosmetics, skin care, fragrance and personal care products company.
