Revel AC disclosure statement approval hearing continued to Dec. 8

Pittsburgh, Nov. 10 – Revel AC, Inc.’s disclosure statement hearing has been continued to Dec. 8, according to an agenda filed Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.

The hearing was previously scheduled for Nov. 12.

Revel, an Atlantic City, N.J.-based gaming and entertainment company, filed for bankruptcy on June 19. The Chapter 11 case number is 14-22654.
