Revel auction now scheduled for Tuesday; hearings continued to Oct. 7

Pittsburgh, Sept. 25 – Revel AC, Inc.’s auction for substantially all of its assets was adjourned for a third time, with the auction now scheduled for Sept. 30, according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.

The company said the auction began on Sept. 24 and was subsequently adjourned.

In addition, the hearings on approval of the disclosure statement for Revel’s Chapter 11 plan, the asset sale and the company’s debtor-in-possession financing have been continued to Oct. 7, according to agendas filed on Sept. 25.

Revel AC, an Atlantic City, N.J.-based gaming and entertainment company, filed for bankruptcy on June 19. The Chapter 11 case number is 14-22654.
